Yes. Everyone has a budget and we are used to working within a budget.
There are many options, and we’d like to help you understand them and find a type of event than meets your objectives and your budget. |

What types of events does Josephs cater? |

We cater everything from passed drinks and hors d’oeuvres to 5-course synchronized seated dinners or elaborate buffets.
From intimate in-home gatherings, to formal wedding receptions. |

Do you require a deposit? |
|
Yes a deposit of 50% is requested to confirm the date of your event. We then will ask you for a guest guarantee 7 days before your event. However, we can accomodate any additional guests up to 24 hours prior to the event. |

Can you recommend a venue for our event? |

Yes, we can provide you with a list of different locations throughout the East Texas.
Josephs Catering is listed as a preferred caterer on a number of these venues. |

We can provide or help you coordinate all of these different services. |

Do you have vegetarian/vegan meals? |
