Yes. Everyone has a budget and we are used to working within a budget.

There are many options, and we’d like to help you understand them and find a type of event than meets your objectives and your budget.

 
What types of events does Josephs cater? | Print |

We cater everything from passed drinks and hors d’oeuvres to 5-course synchronized seated dinners or elaborate buffets.

From intimate in-home gatherings, to formal wedding receptions.

 
Do you require a deposit? | Print |

Yes a deposit of 50% is requested to confirm the date of your event.  We then will ask you for a guest guarantee 7 days before your event.  However, we can accomodate any additional guests up to 24 hours prior to the event.

 
Do you take credit cards? | Print |

Yes, we accept VISA, American Express & Mastercard

 
Can you recommend a venue for our event? | Print |

Yes, we can provide you with a list of different locations throughout the East Texas. 

Josephs Catering is listed as a preferred caterer on a number of these venues.

 
Can you provide furniture, table linens, flowers, music & photography? | Print |

We can provide or help you coordinate all of these different services.

 
Do you have vegetarian/vegan meals? | Print |

Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary preferences & restrictions.

Yes, we can arrange a tasting for you at our Chef's table.
